End User License Agreement (EULA)

4. User Content and Data Usage

4.1. You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App ("User Content").
4.2. By submitting User Content, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute such content within the App.
4.3. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit the User Content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
4.4. You agree not to make public, share, distribute, or use for any commercial purpose any data or information obtained from the App, including but not limited to contact information of individuals, public figures, or organizations.
4.5. You understand and agree that the App may display more detailed information about public figures, industry leaders, and politically exposed individuals to verified users and above.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
